When you place an order for any box, your box ships within 1–2 days. After that, all future boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month.

For example, if you place your order on the 10th of a month, your first box will ship right away, and your second box will go out on the 15th of the same month. From then on, your boxes will continue to ship on the 15th each month — right on schedule!
Can I sign up for just one month?

Definitely. Just email our customer service team at support@specialteacompany.com after checkout, and we’ll end your subscription once the order ships.
